Marisa Scott: CEO/Aesthetic Nurse

Marisa is a lifelong Alaskan. She moved to Anchorage in 2010, which allowed her to carry out her dreams in pursuing a career in healthcare. Her experience is broad amongst primary care, women’s health, medical spas, and the operating room with over 10 years of experience in the cosmetic and plastic surgery industry.

First Marisa obtained her medical assisting certification, then completed nursing school, trained as a nurse injector, and furthered her career by specializing as a Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA). She has always enjoyed the cosmetic industry and was inspired to take her career to the next level with launching Aspire Med Spa.

An advanced educational background in anatomy and physiology on a surgical scale combined with her advanced injection training makes her highly qualified in aesthetics. She has a strong passion for boosting other people’s confidence and helping others be their best version of themselves. She carefully selected her team at Aspire Med Spa from a blend of personal experience that gained trust and respect combined with detailed recruitment to find talented and skilled employees that are elitist in their fields.

Kathrine Hardy: Medical Director

Kathrine graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, RN, from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, TN. She returned to school, Murray State University, Murray, KY, and graduated in 2000 with her Master’s in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked a combination of family practice, internal medicine, and emergency medicine for more than 20 years. Then she transitioned to a management role with the Alaska VA, becoming Chief of Employee Occupational Health. This was a fulfilling position for Kathrine as she is a combat veteran from the United States Army where she served during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

Within her family practice career, she had a strong focus on women’s and men’s health services. She became interested in functional medicine over the past several years and is Certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), while also specializing in medical weight loss therapies, and aesthetics.

The transition to her management career led to a large audience of former patients and friends reaching out for her recommendations and services – NP for You, LLC was born for this purpose. NP for You is a concierge based practice (NP for You, LLC). This allowed her to expand her career deeper into the aesthetics world while continuing to serve her current clients.

Kathrine’s passion grew deep for beauty, boosting confidence, and helping others achieve their goals. In her public outreach to beauty and success, she was awarded Mrs. Alaska Business Women of 2018. She enjoyed the year, serving alongside Mrs. Alaska, and appearing at many events in our state. During this time, she explored options for skin care, nutrition, and exercise, building self-confidence, and “Fixing someone’s crown with them not knowing it was crooked.” In 2018, she was also awarded Nurse Practitioner of the Year by the State of Alaska Nursing Association. Her outreach in the community and increasing awareness of Nurse Practitioners in our state was invaluable.

Becoming the Medical Director of Aspire Med Spa, working alongside Marisa, has been a dream she didn’t know she had. It’s an amazing journey being able to pull these aspects of care together, to see the benefits of the different modalities, and the services we can provide to our clients.

Megan Eubank: Master Aesthetician

Megan Eubank is the master aesthetician at Aspire Med Spa with over 14 years of experience. She graduated from The Aveda Fredric’s Institute in Indianapolis, IN, class of 2008. Megan has a passion for result driven treatments to provide her clients with their best skin! She enjoys helping build confidence and improving self
image. As a military wife she has been able to practice aesthetics all over the country in every setting you can imagine! Her experience includes various plastic surgery clinics and luxury medical spas. This has provided endless opportunities to broaden Megan’s skill set and culture awareness.
